Members and their guests join us every Wednesday at 9am for a high-energy, feel-good fitness class designed for women of all ages! Set to upbeat music, this class combines fun, easy-to-follow dance moves with gentle cardio, sculpting and stretching to boost mobility, flexibility, and overall joy. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just love to move, you’ll leave feeling stronger, free, and ready to take on the day—with a smile! It’s your midweek reset, with a side of sass and stretch!
