The Pacific Council invites BHWC members to join Admiral Linda L. Fagan for festive bites and beverages as she shares her unparalleled insights on maritime security, the evolving challenges faced by the Coast Guard, and her experiences as the first woman in American history to lead a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

The Pacific Council on International Policy is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization that engages members and the community through programs that connect local experience to global affairs, including renowned speaker events, conferences, international and national delegations, leadership development, and community volunteer efforts.
