Cooking class at La Puglia restaurant in Santa Monica, followed by pasta-tasting lunch.

We will be preparing pasta with Chef Luigi Fineo, followed by lunch (with Aperitivo Spritz and dessert). Please bring your Apron, gloves will be provided.

A native of the Puglia region in Italy, Luigi Fineo worked in Michelin-starred restaurants alongside acclaimed chefs before relocating to Los Angeles, when he was awarded one Michelin star as executive chef at La Botte restaurant in Santa Monica.

Ticket: $150. Please RSVP by Friday, April 7th.
