BHWC members, please join us at BHWC’s patron tables for a fifth year in a row.
Since their founding in 1950, The Colleagues have contributed over $40 million to serve Los Angeles’ most vulnerable children – those harmed by community and family violence, abuse, and neglect. Their extraordinary support has been and continues to be crucial to improving the lives of thousands of children and families each year.
This year, The Colleagues Spring Luncheon Champion of Children Award honors Echoes of Hope founders Stacia and Luc Robitaille, the Canadian-American professional ice hockey executive and legendary player who now serves as president of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Echoes of Hope has helped thousands of at-risk and emancipated foster youth succeed by providing the resources, love, and support they so richly deserve. Echoes of Hope strives to awaken the spirit of hope in the lives of children, youth, and young adults in need by alleviating barriers and helping them reach their full potential.
2026 also marks Oscar de la Renta’s 60th year since founding the fashion empire. Oscar de la Renta gowns designed for Mrs. Reagan while she was First Lady, will be on display.
